CONSTRUCTION

Our firm offers a Design/Build option for our clients. First, a Preliminary Design is completed based on your program concept. Contract documents are then finalized including budgets. We will then provide full contract administration and project materials to build the building. As with all of our services, the goal is to pay attention to the smallest detail from the early planning stage to completion allowing the final completed project to meet your expectations and budget limitations.
